Default My hero team

sooo with everyone and their cousin posting their -way I thought id throw my build in the mix. I suppose you could call this similar to sabway, but its not close to being a copy. I felt expel was a pretty exceptional skill and im glad i worked it in, that slot alone keeps your party clear in most areas. The healing is a bit lacking, but i couldnt slot in a healer with the skills i really wanted in the build, so you will need to take along some healing.

Player: Ought to be some sort of physical attacker.
Im using a Lyssa Derv, but something with some conditions would synergize better.

[build prof=Rt/Me name=Expel Splinter dom=6 insp=11 rest=2 chan=12 spawn=1][channeling][Expel Hexes][splinter weapon][ancestor's rage][Waste not, Want not][power drain][cry of frustration][Death Pact Signet][/build]Gear:
1+1 Channeling

[build prof=N/Me name=Fevered Feast soul=12 curse=12 dom=3][Epidemic][Icy Veins][Enfeebling Blood][Barbs][Foul Feast][Plague Sending][Signet of Lost Souls][Cry of Frustration][/build]Gear:
1+1 Soul Reaping
+1 Curses

[build prof=N/Mo name=Jagged Sorrow Death=12 soul=9 heal=9][Jagged Bones][Animate Bone Minions][Death Nova][Dwayna's Sorrow][Putrid Bile][Blood of the Master][Signet of Lost Souls][Restore Life][/build]Gear:
1+1 Death Magic
+1 Soul Reaping

Pros:
-Heavy DPS
-Condition and hex removal that henchies or PuG's fail at
-Fairly decent energy management
-some shutdown through cry of frustration

Cons:
-Very little healing
-no rez on the second bar

let me know what you think.

Hex Removals in PvE are pretty pointless. As the hex that gets removed usually gets put back up 2 seconds later by another *insert enemy name*

Edit: I would probably switch the second bar to n/rt and put splinter and arage on him and dps or flesh. Then put in more rupts on the first bar.

OR

Change the first bar to a monk and run a simple woh bar so you can have reliable healing

Expel Hexes only has a 8s recharge and it gets rid of 2 hexes each cast, I dont think that would be much of a problem.

1. Heroes dont use epidemic well
2. Healing maybe alittle weak (just noticed that you have that in your cons too). Basically not enough defense against melee attackers.
3. Icy Veins is meh

Suggest bringing Aegis and other protective spells.

[empathic removal] > [expel hexes]

Also, no healing...needs three necs too...

empathic is a pointless elite. if you want to remove covers or multiple hexes you need another skill. expel is better when foul feast can handle condition removal for basically the entire team.

many hexes do get reapplied, but there are a few dangerous ones, and they are usually covered by parsitic bond and things of that nature. this is where expel really shines.

also, the main point of the Rt/Me is to run a 14 spec splinter and ancestor's so that you get 5 triggers off of splinter. and if you were saying remove dps for FomF then this is probably a waste of time trying to explain anything about the game to you...

I was looking at a plague signet base bar or a fevered dreams bar for the second char, but ended up on icy veins. do you think those would be a better choice? and ill take another look at epidemic useage and possibly try and work aegis or something onto the MM
